Return and Exchange

Return or Exchange Policy

  • Customized items cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • Requests for returns or exchanges that are not made within a day of the product being delivered will not be honored.
  • After the return or exchange request is accepted, the merchandise will be picked up within three to seven days.
  • Purchases made during a sale are final sale and not-refundable.
  • We don’t allow returns for products amount to less than Rs. 500.

Exchange policy:

  • Only defective or damaged items are eligible for exchange.
  • In the event that a claim is filed for defective or damaged goods, we need a clear unboxing video.
  • Our policy covers return application of defective or damaged products within 24-hour of product delivery.
  • A return is only possible if the goods is still in its original packaging with all of its tags attached. No items will be accepted if the original tags are removed.
  • For hygienic reasons, the items must be unused.
  • The company will arrange for a courier partner to handle return shipping.
  • After our courier partner picks up the returned item, the refund process will begin. It could take 5-7 business days to settle the refund.
  • Our staff would perform a quality check on the products when we received them.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Order cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours after the order is placed.
  • On an event of cancellation, full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
